Benefits of our prefabricated homes

Twice as fast to build

The construction of a prefabricated home generally takes between 10 and 12 weeks. This process begins with making your selections at the Centre ProFab Design and ends with the delivery of the modules to the foundations. Your prefabricated home will spend only four to five days on the production line. Once all materials have been ordered, manufacturing can officially begin. Based on 12 optimized stations, our rigorous methods enable our experts to act quickly and precisely.

Manufacturing that is 2X as fast

Installation down to the last millimetre

Once the modules have been assembled on the foundation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and ventilation connections take a few weeks to complete. For large‑scale projects, it could take up to six weeks. The final stage? Interior finishing, including plastering, painting and installation of floor coverings. Allow 6 to 12 weeks before moving into your new prefabricated home. When you consider all the contingencies associated with building a new home, there’s no doubt you’ll be well ahead of the game!

Testimonials

“During the week, we live in a small condo in the city. On weekends, we head to our micro home by the lake. It is the perfect balance: time in nature, time for ourselves, and room to truly breathe.”

Sophie and Marc, sold their suburban home to live differently:

« We chose ProFab because we wanted to have as little hassle as possible and have a team to help us with our project. They’re a great team, available when we need them, and ProFab was easy to work with! »

Marie‑Claude | Épervier

« We fell in love with the service provided by our housing advisor. We also had a wonderful day at the Centre Design! The ProFab team is very welcoming, smiling, attentive to our needs and attentive to small details. »
