2. PARTICIPATE IN A PRE‑MEETING
A few weeks before your day at ProFab Design Center, your architectural expert will contact you to validate various elements that will have an impact on what happens next.
During this videoconference meeting, you will work closely with the specialist to determine :
- The size of rooms, doors and windows
- Kitchen and bathroom layout
- Basement plan and location of the mechanical chamber
- Information on municipal services, electricity and heating
Together, you’ll draw up a list of the final changes to be made to the initial plans in order to personalize your home, which will be manufactured in our design center. This way, your architectural expert will maximize your journey and save you valuable time.
3. BRING YOUR DREAM TO LIFE WITH PEACE OF MIND
In addition to saving time and finding everything under one roof, one of the great advantages of ProFab Design Center is undoubtedly access to three experts entirely dedicated to your project. You’ll get invaluable advice from an architectural expert, a kitchen designer and a designer who’ll help you personalize your home by making all the interior and exterior material choices, making your life a whole lot easier!
As soon as you arrive at 8 a.m., we’ll ask you to introduce yourself and tell us your story. We’ll then be able to offer you choices that reflect your personality. Have you collected some inspiring photos? Perfect! Our team will use them throughout the day to make sure we meet your needs and expectations.
First, you’ll validate the configuration of your kitchen and bathrooms, as established during the pre‑meeting. Next, your kitchen specialist and designer will present the major trends and features that new buyers are looking for to help you make the right choice for:
- Cabinets
- Counters
- Hardware
- Ground cover
Inspired by your lifestyle and photos, they’ll come up with ideas and concepts to match your personality. Throughout the day, they’ll be on the lookout for perfectly coordinated options and colour schemes to create rooms that are a pleasure to live in. They’ll also offer invaluable advice on floor coverings, installation products and paint. They’ll be able to offer suggestions for decorating your new pre‑fabricated home. Don’t hesitate to ask them any questions you may have and benefit from their expertise.
You will then be asked to select everything that will be installed, including:
- Plumbing fixtures
- Faucets
- Handles
- Wood panelling
- Built‑in options
- Exterior design
- Exterior cladding

4. AN EFFICIENT, FULLY TRANSPARENT DAY
Once all aspects of the construction of your new prefabricated home have been discussed and the final reading of your contract completed, you’ll receive the plans corrected according to the choices made during your visit to the design center. And since the prices will have been communicated, you can rest assured knowing the project will stay on budget.
What’s more, since the exact quantities required for each component will have been calculated, you’ll pay only for what you really need. An added bonus: all finishings, such as floor coverings, installation products and paint, will be deposited in your home upon delivery, ready to be installed when ready.
