Discover this ProFab realization: a charming contemporary bungalow customized for our customers in Lévis in 2023. Build the home that’s right for you!

This charming home is a contemporary, welcoming bungalow. Based on the Vanliga model, its interior layout and facade have been fully adapted to the customer’s needs. A fine example of how it’s possible to meet the specific expectations of each future occupant.

The facade, with its timeless grey cladding, is enhanced by white details that lend it a discreet elegance. The large covered wooden stoop, complemented by a contemporary black entrance door, defines the home’s unique character. Perfectly integrated into its surroundings, this home exudes comfort and simplicity. A covered staircase on the right‑hand side of the house provides independent access to the basement.

The entrance hall combines intimacy and openness. This welcoming space, directly connected to the staircase, leads naturally to the spacious, light‑filled main living areas. The open‑plan living room, dining room and kitchen combine to create a warm and inviting space. The kitchen stands out for its contrasting white cabinetry, grey island and black accents, reflecting attention to detail. A wood‑effect countertop adds a touch of warmth, while the colorful accents chosen by the customers bring life and dynamism to the room.

Crossing the hallway, we enter the home’s private space, featuring two cozy bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The pale, timeless hues of the space inspire calm and relaxation. The bathroom, in addition to its soothing ambience, features two large custom linen closets framing the vanity, offering optimal storage space.

This custom‑designed contemporary bungalow home perfectly reflects the customer’s needs and budget. The result is a splendidly warm and livable home.
