Discover this realization of the Splendide model built for a customer in the Portneuf area in 2018.

The Splendide bungalow model was completely customized to meet the customer’s expectations. Its style was modernized, and a garden level was added, completely transforming the rear of the house into a dream space, ideal for entertaining. The elegant facade, with its black shutters and shades of gray, lends the house a discreet charm. At the rear, a vast terrace extends over two levels. This offers an open space for sunbathing on the ground floor, and a covered area for rainy days on the garden level.

As soon as you enter, the dining area reveals itself with its cathedral ceiling and large windows that flood the room with light and offer a breathtaking view of the outside. To the left, the spacious kitchen harmoniously blends classic and modern styles. There’s no shortage of storage space here, with white lacquered cabinets rising to the ceiling and a huge central island. On the opposite side is the living room, with a large office area discreetly arranged at the front. Wood‑effect flooring covers the entire floor, creating a feeling of space and uniformity.

A bedroom and bathroom complete the first floor layout. The bathroom, whose custom‑made furniture matches that of the kitchen, is equipped with a large ceramic shower, freestanding bathtub, toilet area behind the laundry room, two sinks and, once again, impressive storage space.

This version of the Faucon model has been customized according to customers’ expectations and budgets, and the result is ideal for welcoming family and friends and enjoying every moment to the full!
