Main duties

  • Supervise housing advisors under his/her authority;
  • Develop work plans to ensure priorities are maintained in relation to monthly sales and profitability objectives;
  • Ensure compliance with all stages of the company’s sales process;
  • Provide a customer experience and support that exceeds customer expectations;
  • Forward promises to purchase (PTP) to superior within prescribed deadlines;
  • Use the tools at your disposal: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, electronic Promise to Purchase (PTP) and others;
  • Obtain complete contact information for all visitors, compile it in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and ensure efficient and progressive follow-up;
  • Ensure the visual quality of its sales site and demonstrators in stock;
  • Transmit a detailed weekly report on sales results and traffic on sales sites;
  • Transmit a detailed weekly KPI report;
  • Determine sales forecasts with immediate supervisor and ensure they are met;
  • Prepare files in a professional manner in preparation for subsequent meetings with potential buyers: plans and drawings, detailed EAP with appendices, project calculations, etc;
  • Develop strategies and a network of contacts to optimize your sales;
  • Participate in professional activities offered by your employer (meetings, training, site visits, home shows, etc.);
  • Visit demonstrators with customers.

Skills required for the position

  • Training in advisory sales, architecture, design or other;
  • Knowledge of computer tools such as Outlook, appraisal software and customer relationship management software;
  • Perfect mastery of spoken and written French;
  • Bilingualism an asset;
  • Passionate by sales, housing and construction;
  • Customer service-oriented;
  • Proactive, autonomous, honest and rigorous;
  • Ability to work as a team;
  • Proven ability to work under pressure;
  • Organizational skills and ability to adapt to change.

Required qualifications

  • Relevant college diploma.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience;
  • 2 years management experience in a similar position;
  • 3 to 5 years of residential construction experience;
  • 1 to 2 years of architectural sketching experience.

Work conditions

  • Base salary in accordance with experience;
  • Competitive bonus program with advance on commissions;
  • Availability to work days, evenings and weekends during busy periods, for a total of 40 hours per week spread over 5 days with 2 consecutive days off;
