Housing Month Contest
Rules of participation from September 02, 2024 at 9:00 am to October 14, 2024 at 11:59 pm
The prize sponsor is ProFab (hereinafter the “Sponsor” or “ProFab”). Prize Supplier 1 is LUSINE (hereinafter “Prize Provider 1”) and Prize Provider 2 is ProFab (hereinafter “Prize Provider 2”).
- HOW TO PARTICIPATE
No purchase necessary. Participants must fill out the electronic entry form when they visit the ProFab factory in Vallée‑Jonction or the sales sites during the contest month. Limit one coupon/entry per person. Prizes vary according to draw dates. (See section 5. PRIZES) - ELIGIBILITY
This contest is exclusively for residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority. Employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor or its affiliates (including employees of the Sponsor or of any branch of the ProFab network), as well as any member of the immediate family of any of the aforementioned persons or with whom any of the aforementioned persons is domiciled, are not eligible to enter this contest. Also excluded from the contest are employees, representatives and agents of Prize Providers 1 and 2, as well as any member of the immediate family of any of the aforementioned persons or any person with whom any of the aforementioned persons are domiciled.Participants must have visited a ProFab sales site or factory. The grand prize (PRIZE 5) is available only to persons who have signed an PAE for the purchase of a ProFab home between September 02, 2024 and October 14, 2024. In the event that the winner is unable to receive the prize, the draw will be repeated for another winner.All fields are mandatory and must be filled in correctly for entry to be eligible.- Prize 1 :Form completed on September 13‑14‑15, 2024

– Prize 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 : Signature of an PAE between September 02 and October 14, 2024 inclusive. - ACCEPTATION
By entering the contest, you agree to accept the prize as described, which may not be transferred, modified or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. Acceptance of the prize upon entering the contest is final and cannot be changed at a later date. NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION IS PERMITTED, EXCEPT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR PRIZE SUPPLIERS. THE SPONSOR AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUIVALENT OR GREATER VALUE IF, FOR ANY REASON, A PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REDEEMABLE FOR CASH IN WHOLE OR IN PART. - DRAWING AND ANNOUNCEMENT
One prize drawn each week. The winner will be announced on the PRO‑FAB Facebook page and contacted by phone. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) days, he/she will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, randomly select another eligible entrant to attempt to contact, who will in turn be subject to the same qualification rules, or not select a new winner. The date, time and location of the prize presentation will be determined with the winner. Draws will take place at PRO‑FAB’s head office at 294 rue Laurier, Saint‑Apollinaire, QC, G0S 2E0

– Prize 6 : Bathtub, shower base and shower door kit from MAAX valued at $2,500
– Prize 7 : $2,000 paint credit from Centre de Peinture Pierre Tanguay – retailer Benjamin Moore;
– Prize 8 : Three $100 prepaid credit cards from DOMAN;
– Prize 9 : Three $100 smart leak detectors from MOEN – valued at $100;
– Prize 10 : $500 credit on ISOFOIL from ISOLOFOAM.

The Contest Sponsor has the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest at any time, if it determines that, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned or for any other reason that would compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest.By entering this contest, I authorize ProFab to use my contact information to reach out to me.The masculine form is used to lighten the text without prejudice to the feminine form.Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Quebec Control Commission for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Commission only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
