Housing Month Contest
Participation rules from September 1, 2025 at 9:00 am to September 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm
The prize sponsor is ProFab (hereinafter the “Sponsor” or “Groupe PROFAB inc.”). Prize Supplier 1 is LUSINE mobilier design (hereinafter “Prize Supplier 1”) and Prize Supplier 2 is Groupe PROFAB inc. (hereinafter “Prize Supplier 2”) and includes prizes offered by its suppliers.
- HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Participants can enter in one of the following two ways, depending on the prize:– Prize 1: By completing the electronic entry form during a visit to the ProFab factory in Vallée‑Jonction or at a Groupe ProFab sales location, on September 20 and 21, 2025 only, as part of the open house event.– Prizes 2: By automatic entry upon signing a purchase agreement for a Groupe PROFAB home larger than 850 sq. ft., signed between September 1 and September 30, 2025 inclusive. The home must be delivered no later than June 30, 2026; otherwise, the entry will be cancelled.– Prizes 3 and 4: By automatic entry upon signing a purchase agreement for a ProFab home larger than 850 sq. ft. only, signed between September 1 and September 30, 2025 inclusive. The home must be delivered no later than June 30, 2026; otherwise, the entry will be cancelled.Limit of one coupon/entry per person. (See section 5. PRIZES) - ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open exclusively to residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor or its affiliated companies (including employees of the Sponsor or any branch of Groupe ProFab Inc.), as well as members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, spouse) or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Also excluded are the employees, representatives, and agents of the prize suppliers, along with members of their immediate family or anyone residing with them. Participants must comply with the entry requirements specific to each prize (see the “How to Enter” section). All required fields on the entry form must be accurately completed for the entry to be valid. If a selected winner is unable to accept the prize or cancels the construction of their home, a new draw will be held to select an alternate winner. - ACCEPTATION
By entering the Contest, you agree to accept the prize as described, which may not be transferred, modified or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. Acceptance of the prize upon entering the contest is final and cannot be changed at a later date. Delivery of the prize is conditional upon delivery of the house.NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION IS PERMITTED, EXCEPT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR PRIZE SUPPLIERS. SPONSOR AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF, FOR ANY REASON, A PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR CONVERTIBLE TO CASH IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
- DRAWING AND ANNOUNCEMENT
The prizes will be drawn in descending order of value on November 11, 2025 at 10:00 am. The winner will be announced on ProFab and Confort Design’s Facebook page and contacted by phone and e‑mail. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) days, he/she will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, randomly select another eligible entrant to attempt to contact, who will in turn be subject to the same qualification rules, or not select a new winner. The date, time and location of the prize presentation will be determined with the winner. Draws will take place at ProFab’s head office at 294 rue Laurier, Saint‑Apollinaire, QC, G0S 2E0. - PRIZE
– Prize 1: $2,500 worth of furniture from LUSINE mobilier design;– Prize 2: $10,000 credit applicable toward the purchase of your ProFab home;– Prize 3: $10,000 worth of furniture from LUSINE mobilier design;– Prize 4: Bath, shower base and shower door – presented by MAAX. - LEGAL
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest at any time, if it determines that, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or for any other reason that would compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.The Contest is not associated with, managed, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram. By entering this draw, I authorize Groupe PROFAB inc. to use my contact information to contact me.
