Contest Rules and Regulations
Participation rules from February 5, 2026 at 9:00 am to March 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm
The contest is organized by ProFab (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor” or “PROFAB Group). Prize Supplier is LUSINE Mobilier Design (hereinafter “Prize Supplier”).
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Participants must complete the electronic entry form during their visit to a ProFab booth at one of the following events: Expo habitat Québec (February 5–8, 2026), Expo habitat Estrie (February 12–15, 2026), or the National Home Show of Montreal (March 12–15, 2026), during the scheduled exhibition days. Limit of one entry per person (see Section 4: DRAW AND ANNOUNCEMENT).
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open exclusively to residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor or its affiliated companies (including employees of the Sponsor or any branch of Groupe PROFAB inc.), as well as members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, spouse) or any person living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Also excluded are employees, representatives, and agents of prize suppliers, as well as members of their immediate family or any person living in the same household. Participants must comply with the entry requirements specific to each prize (see the “How to Enter” section). Participants must have visited one of the ProFab booths at the following events during the scheduled exhibition days: Expo habitat Québec (February 5–8, 2026), Expo habitat Estrie (February 12–15, 2026), or the National Home Show of Montreal (March 12–15, 2026). All fields on the entry form are mandatory and must be completed accurately for the entry to be eligible. If the selected winner is unable to accept the prize, a new draw will be held to select an alternate winner.
– Prize 1: Entry form completed at Expo habitat Québec (February 5–8, 2026);
– Prize 2: Entry form completed at Expo habitat Estrie (February 12–15, 2026);
– Prize 3: Entry form completed at the National Home Show of Montreal (March 12–15, 2026).
By entering the Contest, you agree to accept the prize as described, which may not be transferred, modified or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. Acceptance of the prize upon entering the contest is final and cannot be changed at a later date. Delivery of the prize is conditional upon delivery of the house. NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION IS PERMITTED, EXCEPT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR PRIZE SUPPLIERS. SPONSOR AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF, FOR ANY REASON, A PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR CONVERTIBLE TO CASH IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
DRAWING AND ANNOUNCEMENT
One prize will be drawn per event. The winner will be announced on ProFab Québec’s Facebook and Instagram pages and will be contacted by telephone and email. If a selected participant cannot be reached within three (3) days, they will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, select another eligible participant to attempt to contact, who will then be subject to the same qualification requirements, or may choose not to select an alternate winner. The date, time, and location of the prize presentation will be determined in coordination with the winner. The draws will be conducted at Quebec ProFab’s head office located at 294 Laurier Street, Saint‑Apollinaire, QC, G0S 2E0.
– Prize 1: Monday, February 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.;
– Prize 2: Monday, February 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.;
– Prize 3: Monday, March 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
PRIZE
– Prize 1: $500 gift card worth of furniture at LUSINE Mobilier Design;
– Prize 2: $500 gift card worth of furniture at LUSINE Mobilier Design;
– Prize 3: $500 gift card worth of furniture at LUSINE Mobilier Design.
LEGAL
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest at any time, if it determines that, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or for any other reason that would compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. The Contest is not associated with, managed, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram. By entering this draw, I authorize Groupe PROFAB inc. to use my contact information to contact me.
No purchase necessary. Open to Quebec residents aged 18 and over. To be eligible to win, participants must comply with all entry requirements. Prize value: $500 each. The contest ends on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The final draw will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
