Contest Rules and Regulations

Participation rules from September 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

The sponsor of the contest is ProFab (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor” or “Groupe ProFab Inc.”). Prizes 1 and 3 are provided by LUSINE mobilier design (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize Supplier 1” and “Prize Supplier 3”).
Prize 2 is provided by Groupe ProFab Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize Supplier 2”). Prizes 4 through 7 are provided by the participating suppliers of Groupe ProFab Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize Suppliers 4 through 7”).

HOW TO ENTER
Two (2) methods of entry are available, depending on the prize.
– Prize 1: Entry is automatic when a visitor completes the electronic entry form during their visit to the ProFab manufacturing facility in Vallée‑Jonction on September 19 and 20, 2026, as part of the Open House event. Limit of one (1) entry per person.

– Prize 2: Entry is automatic upon signing a purchase agreement (PAE) for a ProFab home with a floor area greater than 850 sq. ft., in Quebec or Ontario, between September 1 and October 31, 2026, inclusively. Only one (1) entry is granted per eligible purchase agreement.

–  Prizes 3 through 7: Entry is automatic upon signing a Purchase Agreement (PAE) for a ProFab home in Quebec with a minimum living area of 850 sq. ft., signed between September 1 and September 30, 2026, inclusive. One (1) entry is granted per eligible Purchase Agreement. To be eligible to receive a prize, the home construction project must be completed, the home must be delivered no later than August 31, 2027, and the final payment for the home must have been made. Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the cancellation of the entry and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize. See Section 5 – PRIZES for details regarding the prizes available under each method of entry.

ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open exclusively to residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Prize 2 is also open to residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor or its affiliated companies (including employees of the Sponsor or any branch of Groupe ProFab Inc.), as well as members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, spouse) or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Also excluded are the employees, representatives, and agents of the prize suppliers, along with members of their immediate family or anyone residing with them. Participants must comply with the entry requirements specific to each prize (see the “How to Enter” section). All required fields on the entry form must be accurately completed for the entry to be valid. If a selected winner is unable to accept the prize or cancels the construction of their home, a new draw will be held to select an alternate winner.

ACCEPTANCE
By entering the contest, you agree to accept the prize as awarded. The prize may not be transferred, modified, exchanged for cash, or substituted for any other goods or services. For Prizes 2 through 7, the awarding of the prize is conditional upon completion of the home construction project, delivery of the home, and full payment of the purchase price. Failure to meet these conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize.
NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS ARE PERMITTED EXCEPT AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR THE PRIZE SUPPLIERS. THE SPONSOR AND THE PRIZE SUPPLIERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED. PRIZES ARE NON‑TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

DRAW AND ANNOUNCEMENT
The winners of Prizes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 will be selected by random draw on Monday, October 5, 2026, from all eligible entries, in descending order of prize value. The winner of Prize 2 will be selected by random draw on Monday, November 2, 2026, from all eligible entries for that prize. The draws will take place at ProFab’s head office, located at 294 Laurier Street, Saint‑Apollinaire, Quebec, G0S 2E0. The winners will be announced on the ProFab social media pages, as applicable to the prize awarded, and will also be contacted by telephone and email. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) days of the first contact attempt, they will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, conduct another random draw to select an alternate eligible entrant, who will be subject to the same eligibility requirements, or decide not to award the prize. The date, time, and arrangements for prize presentation will be determined individually with each winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right to add, modify, or substitute the partner prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

LEGAL
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest at any time, if it determines that, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or for any other reason that would compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. The Contest is not associated with, managed, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram. By entering this draw, I authorize ProFab to use my contact information to contact me.

*18 years of age or older. Quebec residents only, except for Prize 2, which is also open to Ontario residents. To be eligible to win, participants must meet all entry requirements applicable to the prize. The contests for Prizes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 close on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., and the draw will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The contest for Prize 2 closes on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., and the draw will take place on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
