Content and Communications Specialist

ProFab Group is looking for a talented individual to bring their unique touch to the role of Content and Communications Specialist at our Saint‑Apollinaire office.

 

Content and Communications Specialist |  St‑Apollinaire | Full‑time contract (39 hours) |  Monday to Friday (with the possibility of hybrid work)

 

As a Content and Communications Specialist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our team.

More specifically, you will:

  • Write a variety of content: social media, newsletters, blog articles, web pages, sales tools, and printed materials.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of advertising messages (radio, print, digital).
  • Proofread, edit, and ensure consistency across all content.
  • Translate or coordinate the translation of texts from French to English.
  • Update website content and support the production of internal documents (HR, presentations, posters, announcements).
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure visual and editorial consistency.
  • Support the marketing team during events (trade shows, open houses, product launches).

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, translation, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in writing, content creation, or communications.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with social media, web tools (WordPress, Mailchimp), and visual design tools (Canva).
  • Knowledge of AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly).
