Building drafting specialist, architecture division
Main duties
- Design preliminary building plans from customer drawings/sketches and signed contractual documents (specifications);
- Prepare preliminary plumbing, ventilation, electrical and heating plans;
- Make corrections following the client appointment at the design centre.
Requirements and working conditions

Good knowledge of drawing softwares (Autocad architectural 3D and REVIT);

Ensure to fully implement all client requests;

Basic knowledge of plumbing, heating/ventilation, electricity, staircase and kitchen cabinet drawings;

Be creative in interior layouts to generate customer interest;

Be responsible;

Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously;

Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;

Have a strong sense of initiative;
