Building Drafter

Building Drafter – Vallée‑Jonction | Full‑time position (39 hours per week)

As a Building Drafter, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your technical knowledge and drawing skills and contribute to the team’s success.

Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:

Design preliminary building plans from customer drawings/sketches and signed contractual documents ;
Preparing preliminary plans ;
Make corrections following the client appointment at the design centre.

Experience and qualifications required:

Proficiency in drawing software (REVIT – AUTOCAD architectural 3D) ;
Ensuring strict adherence to client requests.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, heating/ventilation, electricity, stair design, and kitchen cabinet drawing would be an asset ;
Being responsible ;
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in an autonomous manner ;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities ;
Initiative-driven.
