Contest Rules and Regulations
Participation rules from February 1, 2026, at 9:00 am to March 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm
The contest is organized by ProFab Québec (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor” or “PROFAB Group).
- HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Participation is automatic upon signing a promise to purchase a Groupe PROFAB home with a minimum living area of 850 sq. ft., between February 1 and March 31, 2026, inclusive. The home must be delivered no later than September 30, 2026, and the final financing payment must be completed; otherwise, participation will be void. - ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open exclusively to residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor or its affiliated companies (including employees of the Sponsor or any branch of Groupe ProFab Inc.), as well as members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, spouse) or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Also excluded are the employees, representatives, and agents of the prize suppliers, along with members of their immediate family or anyone residing with them. Participants must comply with the eligibility requirements (see the “How to Enter” section). All eligibility requirements must be fully and correctly met for the entry to be considered valid. If a selected winner is unable to accept the prize or cancels the construction of their home, a new draw will be held to select an alternate winner. - ACCEPTANCE
By entering the Contest, you agree to accept the prize as described, which may not be transferred, modified or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. Acceptance of the prize upon entering the contest is final and cannot be changed at a later date. Delivery of the prize is conditional upon delivery of the house.NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION IS PERMITTED, EXCEPT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR PRIZE SUPPLIERS. SPONSOR AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF, FOR ANY REASON, A PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR CONVERTIBLE TO CASH IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
- DRAW AND ANNOUNCEMENT
The prize will be drawn from all eligible entries received between February 1 and March 31, 2026. The draw will take place on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The winner will be announced on Quebec ProFab’s Facebook and Instagram pages later that same day and will be contacted by telephone and email. If a selected participant cannot be reached within three (3) days, they will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, select another eligible participant and attempt to contact them, who will then be subject to the same qualification requirements, or may choose not to select an alternate winner. The date, time, and location of the prize presentation will be determined in coordination with the winner. The draw will be conducted at ProFab’s head office, located at 294 Laurier Street, Saint‑Apollinaire, Quebec, G0S 2E0. - PRIZE

The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest at any time, if it determines that, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or for any other reason that would compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. The Contest is not associated with, managed, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram. By entering this draw, I authorize Groupe PROFAB inc. to use my contact information to contact me. *No purchase necessary. Open to Quebec residents aged 18 and over. To be eligible to win, participants must comply with all entry requirements. Prize value: $10,000. The contest ends on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The final draw will take place on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
