Architectural Technician ‑ Vallée‑Jonction or St‑Apollinaire

Architectural Technician | Vallée‑Jonction or St‑Apollinaire | Full‑time (39h per week) | Monday to Friday

 

As an Architectural Technician, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of the team.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing models tailored for modular construction
  • Maintaining constant communication with the team
  • Reviewing plans for various projects
  • Making required modifications and ensuring they meet specifications
  • Creating 3D renderings and presentation drawings (Asset)
  • Providing technical support to the production and marketing departments

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Hold a DEC in Architecture.
  • Have approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural drafting.
  • Be proficient in drawing software (REVIT).
  • Have a strong understanding of modular design.
  • Possess knowledge of plumbing, heating/ventilation, electricity, and the drafting of stairs and cabinetry.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative.
