Housing Month Contest

Participation rules from September 1, 2025 at 9:00 am to October 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm

The sponsor of the prize is ProFab (hereinafter the “Sponsor” or “Groupe PROFAB inc.”). The suppliers of Prizes 1 and 2 are LUSINE mobilier design (hereinafter the “Prize Supplier 1”), and the supplier of Prizes 3 to 8 is Groupe PROFAB inc. (hereinafter the “Prize Supplier 2”), including the prizes offered by its suppliers.

1. HOW TO ENTER
   
   No purchase necessary. Participants can enter in one of the following two ways, depending on the prize:

   – Prize 1 (valid for September only): By completing the electronic entry form during a visit to the ProFab factory in Vallée‑Jonction or at a Groupe PROFAB sales site, on September 20 and 21, 2025 only, as part of the open house event.

   – Prize 2 (valid for September only): By automatic entry upon signing a purchase agreement for a Groupe PROFAB home of more than 850 sq. ft., completed between September 1 and September 30, 2025, inclusive. The home must be delivered no later than June 30, 2026, otherwise the entry will be cancelled.

   – Prizes 3 to 7 (valid for September only): By automatic entry upon signing a purchase agreement for a ProFab home of more than 850 sq. ft. only, completed between September 1 and September 30, 2025, inclusive. The home must be delivered no later than June 30, 2026, otherwise the entry will be cancelled. Confort Design homes are excluded.

   Limit of one entry per person.

   – Prize 8 (extended until October 31): By automatic entry upon signing a purchase agreement for a ProFab home of more than 850 sq. ft., completed between September 1 and October 31, 2025, inclusive. The home must be delivered no later than June 30, 2026, otherwise the entry will be cancelled. Confort Design homes are excluded.

2. ELIGIBILITY 
   This contest is open exclusively to residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor or its affiliated companies (including employees of the Sponsor or any branch of Groupe ProFab Inc.), as well as members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, spouse) or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Also excluded are the employees, representatives, and agents of the prize suppliers, along with members of their immediate family or anyone residing with them. Participants must comply with the entry requirements specific to each prize (see the “How to Enter” section). All required fields on the entry form must be accurately completed for the entry to be valid. If a selected winner is unable to accept the prize or cancels the construction of their home, a new draw will be held to select an alternate winner.
3. ACCEPTANCE 
   By entering the Contest, you agree to accept the prize as described, which may not be transferred, modified or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. Acceptance of the prize upon entering the contest is final and cannot be changed at a later date. Delivery of the prize is conditional upon delivery of the house.

   NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION IS PERMITTED, EXCEPT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR PRIZE SUPPLIERS. SPONSOR AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF, FOR ANY REASON, A PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR CONVERTIBLE TO CASH IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
4. DRAWING AND ANNOUNCEMENT
   Prizes 1 to 7 apply only to entries received between September 1 and September 30, 2025. Prize 8 ($10,000 ProFab) will be drawn from entries received between September 1 and October 31, 2025. Prizes will be drawn in descending order of value on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The winner will be announced on the ProFab and Confort Design Facebook pages and will also be contacted by phone and email. If a selected participant cannot be reached within three (3) days, they will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, randomly select another eligible participant with whom it will attempt to communicate, who will then be subject to the same qualification rules, or choose not to select another winner. The date, time, and place of the prize award will be determined with the winner. The draws will take place at the ProFab head office located at 294 Laurier Street, Saint‑Apollinaire, QC, G0S 2E0.
5. PRIZE
   
   Prizes 1 to 7 (valid for September only):

   – Prize 1: $2,500 in furniture – offered by LUSINE mobilier design

   – Prize 2: $10,000 in furniture – offered by LUSINE mobilier design

   – Prize 3: Bathtub, shower base, and shower door – offered by MAAX – approximate value of $2,846

   – Prize 4: $2,000 in exterior personalization credit – presented by Gentek

   – Prize 5: Electric vehicle charging station – offered by Eaton

   – Prize 6: 3 smart leak detectors – offered by Moen – value of $100 each

   – Prize 7: Set of concave radiant radiator and fan convector – offered by Westbrune – approximate value of $1,215

   Prize extended until October 31, 2025:

   – Prize 8: $10,000 credit applicable to the purchase of your ProFab home
6. LEGAL
   The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest at any time, if it determines that, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or for any other reason that would compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

   The Contest is not associated with, managed, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram.

For a chance to win, customers must complete all required fields of the electronic entry form on the contest web page during a visit.
