Contest Rules and Regulations
Participation rules from November 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. to November 28, 2025 at 11:30 a.m.
The prize sponsor is Confort Design, a company of Groupe ProFab Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor” or “Confort Design”). The prize supplier is ProFab (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize Supplier”).
- HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. To be eligible, participants must tag in the comments the person they’d like to share the prize with. You can double your chances by also entering on Instagram: tag the person of your choice in the comments on Instagram. Limit of one entry per person (see the DRAWING AND ANNOUNCEMENT section). - ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open exclusively to residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor or its affiliated companies (including employees of the Sponsor or any subsidiary of Groupe ProFab Inc.), as well as any member of the immediate family of such persons or anyone living with them (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, spouse, or any person residing in the same household), are not eligible to participate. Participants must comply with the entry requirements specific to the prize (see the How to Enter section). All eligibility criteria must be correctly completed for an entry to be considered valid. Should a selected winner be unable to claim the prize, a new draw will be held to select another winner. - ACCEPTANCE
By entering the contest, participants agree to accept the prize as described, which cannot be transferred, substituted, modified, or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. The prize awarded at the time of participation is final and cannot be changed thereafter. By entering this contest, participants authorize Confort Design and ProFab to contact them occasionally with news, updates, or promotional offers. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION IS PERMITTED EXCEPT AT THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION. THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ANOTHER OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED. PRIZES ARE NEITHER TRANSFERABLE NOR REDEEMABLE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FOR CASH. - DRAWING AND ANNOUNCEMENT
One winner will be selected from all valid entries received from Instagram and Facebook. The winner will be announced on November 28, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., directly under the contest post. The selected individual will be identified by a mention (@tag) and invited to contact us to claim their prize. If the selected participant cannot be reached within three (3) days, they will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, draw another eligible participant, identify them under the post, and subject them to the same qualification rules or decide not to select a new winner. The date, time, and place of the prize handover will be determined with the winner. The draws will take place at ProFab’s head office, located at 294 Laurier Street, Saint‑Apollinaire, QC, G0S 2E0. - PRIZE
– Prize 1: One pair of Parcs nationaux du Québec annual passes with a value of $182. Each pass provides unlimited access to all Quebec national parks for a period of 12 months. - LEGAL
The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the contest at any time if it determines that, for any reason, the contest cannot proceed as planned or if any event compromises its fairness or integrity. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of this promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for resolution. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of attempting to resolve the matter. This contest is not associated with, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
