My girlfriend and I decided to leave Beloeil and move up north to Val-d'Or. Since we already owned some property there, we did some research to see whether it would be better to hire a general contractor to build a house or buy a prefabricated home.
That is what prompted us to meet with one of your Pro-Fab representatives in Beloeil, Mr. Dugrenier. He really listened to us and was able to offer exactly what we needed. He also drew up a price list for the work that would have to be carried out by subcontractors. Before signing the contract, we shopped around and saw that the prices Mr. Dugrenier had quoted were right on the money. So we went ahead and bought the house.
Our tour of Pro-Fab headquarters was fantastic. Every representative we spoke to was friendly. The interior decorator completely understood our needs and tastes. We bought all our décor from Pro-Fab.
In no time at all, we'd set a delivery date. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about whether the house would be delivered on schedule, but it was. The truck arrived on the scheduled date, and only 30 minutes after the designated hour! The contractor hired by Pro-Fab to handle the connections arrived 3 days early, so once Pro-Fab was done, we were 2 days ahead of schedule. In the end, we were able to move in 6 weeks after the delivery date, which was the earliest date Pro-Fab said we could expect.
We've been living in our home ever since, and we love it. And the service was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you, Pro-Fab!
