PRO-FAB Group marked its arrival in Sherbrooke today with the official opening of its new sales office. The company, which specializes in manufacturing modular homes, has set up a permanent place of business to better serve its clientele, which has been growing steadily in recent years. This involves an investment of over $1 million in the region.
An Expanding Market
“Setting up a sales office in Sherbrooke was a natural choice for us,” said René Giguère, vice president of sales and marketing at PRO-FAB. “This is a metropolitan area where we intend to stay for a long time: There are many families, and the quality of life is obvious.
According to housing specialists, it is offers promising prospects for growth.” According to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) statistics, there were 1,656 housing starts in the census metropolitan area of Sherbrooke in 2010, an increase of 5% over 2009 and the second best annual performance in more than 20 years.
The PRO-FAB Experience
PRO-FAB sets itself apart from the competition by the quality of the support it provides its customers. As part of the purchasing process, PRO-FAB customers spend a day at the design center making a whole series of choices to personalize their home before it is built. “When you choose a PRO-FAB house, we guide you through the entire purchasing process from start to finish. Our new corporate slogan, “Your project, our passion,” perfectly reflects our team's commitment to going the extra mile for our customers,” adds Mr. Giguère. The quality of its customer service is a big reason why PRO-FAB has won the Consumers' Choice Award for the past six years.
To mark the opening, PRO-FAB is offering a special promotion: $6,000 worth of upgrades to customers who sign a promise to purchase by October 10. Some restrictions apply.
